BD Diesel's OE quality stock replacement injectors are assembled with the same exacting standards as our highest performance injectors. For those more demanding applications enjoy the extra 5-15hp that our flow-matched Replacement Plus injector sets give you on OE nozzles.

Each unit completely refreshed with new rail connections, thru-rod, nuts and belleville washers, o-rings, springs and spool valves, dampening pins and check plates. Control valve body and spool are precision ground to ensure perfect original spec sealing. Precision honed intensifier body with new matched plungers. Each injector is thoroughly tested and all sealing surfaces are refinished.

Flow matched high performance exchange common rail (CR) injectors supporting 60hp up to 250hp, 33% to 123% over. OE quality nozzles are extrude honed for increased flow and atomization. Like all our injectors assembled using OE procedures and fully calibrated and tested to ensure perfect performance.

Higher fuel rate OE quality remanufactured injectors! The 155cc nozzle, 50hp injectors are honed out to satisfy the fuel demands of the 475-500hp range. Our 90hp injectors have spill ports blocked and a modified body, allowing even more fuel to be forced out of the 175cc nozzle, providing fuel for the 550hp tier.

Like all our high performance injectors the OE quality nozzles are extrude honed for Increases atomization, assembled and tested using OE procedures and equipment.
