Interference in the throttle position sensor circuits (APPS) on Dodge Cummins engines from 1994 to 2004 will create false voltage readings in the APPS circuit and cause the lock-up torque converter to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.

Always Excellent, one of my go to places for parts. Part works good.
Solves the problem of slipping out of overdrive. Definitely would make this cheap investment before bringing ur truck to a tranny shop.
