Great quality parts, complete instructions, it’s not an easy job to do on jack stands, but well worth it! Got the in-cab noise back down, +1.5 mpg everywhere and better throttle response. I had 2 broken oem bolts on each manifold when I took them off so we were losing all kinds of power and efficiency, got that back and then some.

It was a bit time consuming on certain parts of the kit, but not BD Diesels fault..thanks Ford! Take your time and read and re-read the directions and it will be done.

Comes with everything you need but the oil filters for the turbos but you can get those at the dealership for like $2 each

Everything needed to reinstall the OEM turbo! Everything went together easily. Came with OEM bolts and studs, which was nice knowing they were the quality I was looking for.

I ordered this and the manifolds to fix the Ford Issue on the Gen 1 3.5 Ecoboost with warping the manifolds. The quality of the manifolds and all the other parts I received from BD were top notch, and came super fast. Super impressed and would easily recommend them to friends and family.

Great product so far

At first I didn't know what the squeal in my truck was, it just started one day while driving home from work. I took to to the dealer and they told me I had a broken exhaust manifold stud and that it had warped the manifold. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) it wasn't covered under my extended warranty and they quoted me $3500 to do the job. After researching and learning that it's not too hard to actually replace, I went looking for replacement manifolds and found these. A better design than the factory manifolds with more stud locations, thicker walls and increased flow was an instant sell for me. I ordered the extra kit to replace the gaskets and fittings on the turbo as well.
The job wasn't too hard. Have a stud extractor on hand when you do. You'll be glad you did.
Installation was straight forward and easy with the inuded instructions and YouTube videos.

The product was well designed and a bit beefier than the factory manifolds. The port matching on the exhaust was a nice touch. Quite frankly, these are the manifolds that Ford should’ve put on the truck in the first place. I did a lot of research as I normally do, I believe these are the best option by far for a better price than most everything else out there. I want it done one time, do not want to ever have to go do it again. I had them installed, because I was worried about the studs as mine is a northern car. Despite the cost, it was the right decision as every single stud including the turbo mount bolts snapped off. Truck runs like new now though and no leaks or chirping! Definitely get the install kit, expensive but just as much as trying to source it all individually and you were going to need it. Great company to deal with, I spoke to tech and they said it was going to be 3 to 4 weeks because of backlog but to order online. I did and received them in 6 days! Thank you again for such a great product and customer service.

Both items were phenomenal. The install was laid out step-by-step very clearly, which was appreciated. I was told part of my order wasn’t going to be ready to ship for a couple of weeks, but everything ended up coming in a couple of days. I am one extremely satisfied customer!
