Installed the BD Diesel exhaust manifold on my 2015 F150 3.5 Ecoboost. Using all 11 studs seems like a no brainer, but it too BD to come up with the 11 stud manifold. Everything fit like a glove and I'm happy to have the rattling manifold gasket noise that accompanies the broken stud and warped original manifold behind me. I would highly recommend this kit.

DIY manifold install

The manifolds fit perfectly, I hope better than new with the additional studs that BD has designed. Not sure which Ford engineer should get fired. All of the gaskets and hardware provided were perfect. The installation instructions were good with the exception of a part number provided for the fittings for the water connection on the turbo. The published part number is for a diesel engine my Ford parts department told me. The ones in the kit were correct however. I also had troubles to get the studs to screw into the head. after chasing the threads with an M8 tap everything went together nicely. Maybe that step should be included in the instructions? Overall I am very happy with the product.

Great fit. Competitive price. Very good step by step instructions. Shipping was longer than advertised. One exhaust gasket was damaged when I got it but didn’t seam to affect anything, I have no doubt that they would have replaced it if I made the request. I would not hesitate to purchase the kit again.
