Exhaust Manifold Kit Ford F150 3.5L ECOBOOST 2011-2016 / TRANSIT 2015-2024

These exhaust manifolds are packaged well and manufactured with great quality. The stud install tool was very well thought out too. I’m sure I won’t have a broken stud again with the extra studs they added. Thank you.

This will be my 6th set I have installed in 2025, all f150s with 100k plus, most of them had the warranty manifolds done while still under power train warranty and manifold studs break again and then manifold warps or cracks..... This set is quality and it definitely shows, get the install kit, you will need it. If there is one thing I would recommend to BD DIESEL, is to make a set of the metal coolant lines that attach to turbo, more than likely the oe ones are coroded and pitted, the dorman aftermarket ones are terrible and never fit, and the oe ones are pricey and sold individually. A master kit with both manifolds, turbo install kit and the 4 coolant lines is everything you need and I would buy that every time! I will not install anything else on 3.5 ecoboosts now it's either this kit or go somewhere else!

Excellent results with super performance improvements. Installation was a challenge but the instructions were excellent, I used care and caution around the stud removal and installation as advised with good results. Top notch product and excellent support. Nice job BD…. Thanks!
