LONG BLOCK

• Comprehensive Inspection: Disassembled, crack-checked, blasted, and cleaned before machining.

• High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large, heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC-ported. Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting. Blueprinted and Balanced: All engines are blueprinted, balanced, oil clearance measured, and rings file fit.
• Pre-lubed and Painted: Engines are painted black and shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and filter included.

This engine begins with a Heavy Hauler Long Block and adds a range of BD components to prepare it for installation. Including an upgraded Screamer performance turbocharger with a two-piece heavy-duty manifold, designed to provide increased airflow. The Heavy Hauler engine also includes a high-pressure fuel system, from the CP3 pump to the SEMA-certified StockPlus Premium injectors (up to 15HP), while a new water pump and valve cover complete the package. Each engine is meticulously built with precision and care, ensuring quality and peace of mind for those seeking exceptional performance.
